ICSCRM (International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials) is the foremost global gathering for experts in the field of wide-bandgap semiconductors, particularly focusing on materials such as silicon carbide (SiC), and their applications in fields ranging from power electronics to next-generation energy systems.
