ISPSD 2026: Outstanding Research Presented in Las Vegas
Our postdoctoral researcher, Mansha Kansal, presented a poster at the International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPSD 2026), held in Las Vegas (link).
The work was carried out within AdvanSiC, a European-funded collaborative project involving several partners, including the University of Naples Federico II (UNINA), the University of Warwick, and MQSemi, among others. The UNINA activities are led by Prof. Luca Maresca and involve Mansha Kansal and Giuseppe Capasso. We extend our congratulations to all of them for this achievement.
ISPSD is widely recognized as THE premier international conference in the field of power semiconductor devices and integrated circuits. Its highly selective review process and the quality of the contributions presented make it one of the most prestigious venues for researchers in the area.
The OPL has a long and distinguished history at ISPSD. In particular, Prof. Paolo Spirito has been recognized in the ISPSD Hall of Fame for his significant contributions to the field (link). We are delighted to see this tradition of excellence continue with the participation of our current researchers.
